I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city, and the beds were quite comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the construction noise that woke me up early, and the staff's response to my complaints was far from satisfactory. Overall, it's a decent place for a night, but not without its flaws.

My stay at the Boutique Hotel Lumiere was quite a mixed bag. The central location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all that Eindhoven has to offer, and I found the room to be spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. However, I was disappointed with the cancellation policy during the pandemic, which left me feeling a bit unsettled about their approach to guest relations. Overall, there are some major positives here, but a few things could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, especially thanks to its prime location near the heart of Eindhoven, making it super easy to explore shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
